We are more than happy to fill your orders.

Orders will be confirmed by e-mail or by telephone within 2 days of receipt except holidays.

We accept personal checks, money orders. Allow time for check to clear. (US currency only)

We ship all merchandise by US mail or UPS unless otherwise requested.

All refunds must be accompany with sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on open packages, yarn, books and needles.

All orders are subject to merchandise availability.
No back order items.
